  We stayed at multiple hotels/motels throughout a 9 day trip. This was BY FAR the worst. No t.v in our room, sheets were either badly stained or dirty (ended up using our bedding we brought with us) no hot water, awful wi-fi signal, ceiling covered in cobwebs, sink was completely rusted and faucet was dripping, at one point went to grab a towel to dry my face and it was covered in old makeup...I was going to complain in the morning when we went to check out, except NO ONE WAS THERE. No staff at the front desk or anything the doors to the lobby were locked as well as the front door. Another guest who was spending the night circled the building and found another way in and had to let us in the front door! The sign in the front said they weren't open until 1:00pm...I assumed that ment the restaurant, but there was no staff to be found!

  Lovely scenery. Facilities a little out of date.could use some new rugs and sitting chairs. No coffee pot. Had to ask for it. There is no one there until 3 pm so if you have issues you are out of luck. Cheap price though. Peaceful.

  The location was fairly secluded and private - which was great. It's just along the water as well, although the beach has warnings all around for zebra mussels, we didn't have any problems with that. There's tons of open space to play sports (we played volleyball, cricket, and soccer!) and the nature around is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the dock and gazing at the night sky - so many stars - and shooting stars! We also went kayaking as well which was a fun experience too - very stable kayaks. My only complaint was the actual rooms. The water in the bath tub in our room never worked... It was either a low flow cold water or no hot water and no flow at all... So showering was a big issue. Also the furniture and such is fairly old, so it's not a very modern room to stay in. Overall, I loved the outdoor experience here. But the room experience leaves much to be desired.

  Ample space for outdoor with scenic beach view and ideal place for a large group with kids. There is a play structure and a game room for kids and teens as well. Lack of water pressure and irregular hot-cold water flow was the disturbing factor but we were able to manage with it. Kayaking is one of my best experiences in Tweed.
